Originally The 4FXInvestment website went online in June, 2009. Our main organization was founded in July of 2005.

Can I open 2 or more accounts in my name?
Yes, you can open as many accounts as you like.

We will never sell or lease the info you provide to any third party.
I have either forgotten my account password or someone has got into my account and has stolen my account password. What am I supposed to do now?
First, try restoring your account password via 'Lost Password' form.If this does not work out, please contact our customer service department from the email address you have used at registration. Please include your username and e-currency account number. After we verify your identity, we will send the account password to your contact email address.

What can I do to protect my account password?
Make sure you observe the following safety measures your password is a unique and preferably non-sense combination of numbers and letters. - Never use the passwords you have used with other bank or email accounts before.- Store your password in a safe place. Preferably a removable disk or other storage.- Avoid copying and pasting your password. Try entering it manually all the time.
What measures can I take in order to keep my PC clean from viruses and other harmful software?
Please install and run firewall and anti-virus program (AVP) at all times. Please make sure you have the most up-to-date version of firewall and AVP. Never open attachments in email unless they are from the people or services you know and trust.
I have received an email from you that contains an attachment. Is it safe to open it?
No, never open such attachments. We have never and never will send any emails containing attachments. Such emails are sent by hackers trying to get your account password and other data.
Deposits & Withdrawals
How can I make a deposit into 4fxInvestment?
To make a deposit into 4fxinvestment, you have to open an account with us first. Once you have done that, you have to log into your account, click "Make Investment" button and follow the instructions we provide.
Can I do a direct deposit from my account balance?
Yes. To make a deposit from your account balance, simply login into your 4fxInvestment account, click on "Make Investment" and select " spend funds from your account balance" as a deposit method from the drop-down list.
Which payment systems do you accept?
Currently we accept payments by Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money, SolidTrustPay and EgoPay. Soon we will add PayPal and direct Credit Card payment interface.
What is the minimum/maximum I can invest?
Each product has its own minimum requirement. Please check Investment Products page for detailed information. We make it very easy to get started with as little as $10.00 for Basic plan.There is no maximum amount limit.
Can I make additional investments at any time?
Certainly, you can make further investments whenever you like. We handle all transactions separately.
Can I switch between the investment products?
No, you can't, however you are encourage to build your investment by investing in many investment.
What is 'Account Balance'?
'Account Balance' is the amount you can withdraw any time. You also can use the 'Account Balance' to invest in any of investment product we provided. You will notice that your active balance may have various E-Currencies balance showing beneath it if you deposit. This is because that you deposit with various E-Currencies methods.
Can I deposit using an e-currency and withdraw my money in a different one?
Yes, you can exchange your account balance from an e-currency to other one, but you need to pay exchange fee.
How soon will you process the withdrawal request I have placed?
Profit withdrawals are conducted instantly.
What is the maximum amount that can be withdrawn every day?
There is no maximum limitation on daily withdrawals. You can withdraw your available balance any moment.
Do you pay interest every day or every working day?
We pay interest on working days.
Do you pay into my 4FXINvestment Account or directly into my PerfectMoney, SolidTrustPay, egopay or LibertyReserve account?
We pay interest and referral commissions into the account balance in your 4FXInvestment. After that you can request a withdrawal of funds into your PerfectMoney, SolidTrustPay, egopay or LibertyReserve account.

What interest rates on deposits do you offer?
We offer a fixed interest rate of 11% to 14% Daily For 10 business Days!
Will I get my principal back?
No, the principal won't be returned. The principal will be mix in the daily interest. Assuming that you invest $100.00 in Basic Plan, you receive 11.00 per working day and all of money that you receive would be $111.00
Referral Program
How can I earn referral commission?
You can do this by referring new people to 4FXInvestment. To do this you have to give them your referral link. You can find your referral link in your 4FXInvestment account or in the email confirming your opening of an account with us.
Do I need to invest myself if I want to refer others and earn referral commission?
No you don't need to invest yourself if you want to refer others and earn referral commission.
When do you pay referral commission?
We pay referral commission into your account Balance instantly after Deposit.
How do you pay referral commission?
We pay referral commission into the account Balance in your 4FXInvestment account.
I have referred a friend of mine to you, but I have not received a referral commission. Why?
The most probable reasons are:
- Your referral has opened an account with us, but has not yet made a deposit. Please note that we pay referral commission only after your referral has made a deposit.
- You are not listed as Referrer in your Referral's Account Profile. If your referral has already made a deposit and you were not listed as his/her referrer at that time, please ask him/her to contact us about this matter. We will then be able to pay you the referral commission.
Where can I see the list of my referrals?
You can see it in 'Downline/Referrals' area in your 4FXInvestment account. We provide a full list of referrals you have.
Can my relative, friend or colleague become a customer of 4fxinvestment if we are using the same computer (or IP address).
Yes, as long as you are using different email addresses and Liberty Reserve, Perfect Money acounts.
Can I use spam to promote your website?
No, you cannot do this under any circumstances. We do not tolerate spam in any of its forms. Any member caught spamming will lose membership.
